1  The main structural features of machine tool

1.1  CK36Z/CK36ZC is an economy、high precision CNC lathe with flat bed；

1.3  The base part adopts the special irrigation treatment to guarantee the stable work；

1.4  The spindle structure adopts high precision angular contact ball bearing with three pairs for front and back two pairs to ensure the high rigidity and durable accuracy of spindle;The front-end of the spindle adopts double-layer labyrinth structure to prevent the bearing from the water and improve the service life of the bearing;

1.5  Modular design,can be able to equip the gang type tool post according to the demand,resonable layout and convenient to maintenance;

1.6  The vertical and horizontal drive adopts high-performance AC servo motor,high positioning accuracy with stable and reliable performance；

1.7  The automatic lubrication device is adopted for each movement pair of the machine tool, and the lubrication is fully reliable;

1.8  The machine has tric water-proof performance.It adopts the separated structure of water tank and base,easy to clean the chips,economic environment;

1.9  Adopts the new pneumatic clamping which is more reliable and economy.

2   The purpose of the machine tool and its scope of application

2.1  In addition to the basic functions of turning,grooving and chamfering,the machine tool can also perform various metric and inch internal and external thread processing,as well as drilling,expansion,reaming,rolling and other processing;

2.2   It is able to process cylindrical, conical, stepped, spherical and other various curved surfaces, such as short-axis (or disc) parts with complex geometric shapes, many sizes and high precision requirements parts;

2.3  Suitable for processing bars with a diameter below Φ36mm、disks with a diameter below Φ250mm and short-axis parts within Φ150mm (this range may vary depending on the fixture);

2.4  Suitable for the production of single or medium and small batches of non-ferrous and ferrous metal workpieces of small and medium specifications;
